Frequently asked questions

Do I need an internet connection?
No. Your iPhone and PC just need to be on the same Wi-Fi network. Audio travels over your local network only — it never touches the internet.
Can someone else send audio to my PC?
No. Connecting requires the PIN (or QR code) shown on your PC's screen. With the wrong PIN, audio is rejected.
How much delay is there?
Roughly 50–150 ms depending on the mode. Balanced (~100 ms) is plenty for video calls; pick low-latency mode when timing matters most.
Which OS versions are supported?
On desktop, macOS 13 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel); Windows 10/11 support is in the works. On mobile, iOS 16 or later.
